I do read your blog and now that my official summer is coming to an end when Grace goes back to school on Monday I'll be back to the computer with a vengenance.
I applaud you for the changes you are making to put you life into live and enjoy mode. It is ashame more poeple don't figure this out before their health suffers. I leave my phone turned off lots and some people are just like "what's the matter with you!"
What is going on with your health?
